Built By First Responders. Designed For First Responders.

High-stress careers, shift work, physical trauma, and cumulative
occupational exposure accelerate hormonal decline in first
responders and military personnel — often years ahead of the
general population.

At PRIME Medical Group, we specialize in identifying and
treating the hormonal root causes of fatigue, weight gain,
mood changes, sleep disruption, and cognitive decline in
active duty, veterans, police, firefighters, paramedics,
and ICU professionals.

Every program begins with comprehensive lab testing and a
one-on-one physician consultation. Treatment protocols are
personalized, physician-supervised, and available nationwide
via telehealth and LabCorp — so your career never has to
pause for your health.

Our Mission — Why We Built PRIME

First responders and veterans face a mental and physical health
crisis that the conventional medical system consistently
under-addresses. Suicide rates among first responders exceed
combat casualties. Hormonal dysfunction — frequently triggered
by traumatic events, chronic stress, and occupational exposure
— is one of the most overlooked contributors.

When a person experiences significant trauma, the pituitary
gland can be affected, causing hormone levels to drop
clinically. The resulting symptoms — fatigue, weight gain,
emotional dysregulation, cognitive decline, and insomnia —
are frequently managed with opioids or antidepressants rather
than addressing the underlying hormonal cause.

At PRIME Medical Group, we take a different approach. We
evaluate the hormonal contributors to these symptoms through
comprehensive lab testing, and build physician-supervised
protocols designed to support recovery and long-term wellness
— alongside, not instead of, any mental health treatment the
patient is receiving.

We work around your schedule, your shift, and your life.
Telehealth available nationwide.

Proven Success

PRIME Medical Group’s Hormone Replacement Treatment program has helped hundreds of combat Veterans and First Responders restore a positive quality of life both mentally and physically.

If any Veteran has been overseas and has any type of concussion or mild traumatic brain injury, there has been multiple studies found in the National Institute of Health databases that have shown a correlation between Veterans who have sustained concussions from blast related injuries, causing chronic pituitary dysfunction which leads to hormonal deficiencies.

The Physical Cost of the Job

Years of shift work, physical demands, critical incidents, and chronic stress take a measurable toll on the body — particularly on hormonal health. Research shows that first responders and military personnel experience hormonal decline at significantly higher rates than the general population.

Common symptoms we see in our first responder and veteran patients include:

✔ Chronic fatigue that sleep doesn't fix
✔ Unexplained weight gain — especially around the midsection
✔ Irritability, mood swings, and emotional dysregulation
✔ Difficulty concentrating or remembering details
✔ Low motivation and loss of drive
✔ Disrupted sleep and insomnia
✔ Decreased physical performance and recovery
✔ Low libido and sexual health changes
✔ Increased anxiety or feelings of depression

These are not signs of weakness. They are clinical symptoms
of a body under sustained physiological stress — and they
respond well to the right medical intervention.

If you've been told your labs are "normal" but you still
feel off — we dig deeper. Our comprehensive hormone panels go far beyond what standard primary care testing covers.
